Job Description:

• In this highly visible role, you will develop and utilize your test, DFT, and design skills within Broadcom’s enterprise networking DFT team, the largest such team in Broadcom. 
• The enterprise networking group builds some of the largest and most complex devices in the company, which offers unique technical challenges. 
• As a DFT team member, you will specify, design and implement DFT technologies and methodologies, coordinate and support their deployment, and play a key role in planning future DFT initiatives. 
• A successful candidate requires a DFT background as well as a diverse skill set that spans the overall design process. 
• The responsibilities include developing and implementing at-speed test techniques across all parts of the designs, including logic, memory, mixed-signal, and I/O BIST, ATPG compression, custom BIST development, and 1149.6 AC-JTAG, to achieve the highest levels of test quality possible within the shortest amount of time. 
• Additionally, you will work closely with the project DFT, design, library, place and route, and operations teams to achieve efficient and effective DFT solutions for low DPPM requirements.
