Job Description :
- Collaborates with studio team to ensure product workflow runs efficiently
- Assists in the set up and tear down of studio equipment and lighting fixtures
- Oversees equipment inventory and maintenance levels, inspect equipment to ensure fully operational
- Troubleshoots basic production challenges under the direction of senior staff
- May switch between prep and shooting role during peak times
- Support safety initiatives regarding studio workflow and processes
- Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in photography or a related field
- Portfolio with some practical studio experience, or previous industry experience as a studio or location assistant
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Proficient working knowledge of still and moving imaging software for Mac and PC platforms
- Experience with imaging software and color management applications
- Basic English proficiency
- Professional experience assisting in a commercial studio
- Knowledge of commercial studio workflow
- Accustomed to the intensity of the studio environment
- An obsession for delighting customers
- Self-driven and able to easily communicate creative ideas and collaborate in a team environment
- Comfortable in a culture of continuous change
- Proficiency using Excel/Outlook/Sharepoint
