Job Designation : Travel Associates - Amadeus Voice Process

Job Description : 

• Respond to a high volume of telephone/email inquiries about the company's products or services by following standard scripts and procedures.
• Talks with customers by phone/email and receives information pertaining to Car, Hotel and Air reservations.
• Probe and understand the requirements or problems of the customer.
• Provide valid solutions to the customer and provide any additional customer service / education as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• The candidate should have experience of working in travel process
• Good knowledge on Travel Destinations- Domestic or International
• Under Graduate or Graduate in any discipline.
• B.E and B.Techs not allowed to apply as we do not hire them
• Graduation results awaited candidate can apply
• The candidate should have good knowledge of IATA Geography
• Fresher graduate candidates with good knowledge of GDS can also apply
