Job Designation : Team Leader(logistics)
Job Description :
- Check Run Sheet
- Segregate the routes of shipments
- Create the Runsheet and assign daily work to DEs
- Prepare Reports; Check and revert on mails
- Collection of Cash from DEs
- Prepare and share EOD reports
- As required: individually delivering the products to end customer
- Team Management
- Achieving the daily target and preparation of error free EOD reports
- Resolution of issues related to deliveries and system
- Internal: Executive Delivery, Hub Incharge, Area Manager
- External: End Customer (in case of TL acting as Executive Delivery)
- Operational Knowledge of Logistics/ Couriers
- Should have handled a team of 5-10 people
- Can Drive a 2 wheeler
- Should be able to read English
- Belong to same city/ area; and do know about PIN codes & routes for the Area he will be deputed.
- Candidates from similar industry would be preferred
- Experience of handling individual shifts with complete control
- Knowledge of local dialect
- Understanding of basic numbers
- Ability to infer basic report
Salary : 12,000 NTH 17,000 NTH. other
Educational Qualification :
- 12th Pass/Graduate
- Needs to have a valid Driving License
- Should be an Indian National
- Should own a 2 wheeler
