Job Designation : Sales Force Functional Consultant
Job Description :
- Engage on delivery of projects where he/she willbe the key interface to end user or customer.
- AutomateCRM business processes for customers organization leveraging CRM tools andIndustry knowledge
- Responsible for project management, clientmanagement, advanced business analysis (conducting needs assessments)
- Will be responsible for creating and maintainingvarious project artifacts across the life cycle of the project
- Responsible for new client support (pre-salesactivities and collateral building) including drafting estimation ofeffort/cost.
- Lead from the front on businessprocess requirements gathering, conducting workshops with stake holders, doingfit-gap analysis and coming out with detailed specification.
- Prepare and conduct customer/ end-user training.
- Responsible for Functional testing and providing UAT support.
- Provide subject matter expertise supporting both delivery and presales engagements.
- Help create strong business cases supported bycompelling value propositions, and demonstrate how customers can benefit bydeploying Salesforce.com solutions
Skills :
- Bachelors degree orequivalent ( BE/Btech/MCA/MSC)
- MBA from a PremierInstitute (Preferred)
- Salesforce Sales Cloud orService Cloud Certification (Preferred)
- Familiarity inleveraging Agile project methodologies, for full lifecycle implementations
- Experience in buildingRFP/RFI for SFDC implementation opportunities and has worked extensively onbuilding pre-sales collaterals
- Experience inFunctional testing of SFDC implementations using various testing methodologies
- Expertise on MSSuite of products (MS Office PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Project Plan)
- Any Salesforce.com certification is preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment - sharing ideas and working collaboratively
Strong organizational and analytical skills - Strong communication skills- wriiten and verbal
