Job Description :
- Monitoring the banking applications
- Starting and stopping of application processes
- Performing End-of-day and Begin-of-day process
- Resolving user queries over phone
- Helpdesk support
- User id creation and deletion
- Server Space checking
- Sending Daily checklist
- Troubleshooting issues.
- Handling Call logging/ tickets.
- Answering calls or mailers of users.
- Solve queries through remote access.
- Understand queries and solve the same.
- Should be with good communications skills.
- Should be ready to work in 24*7 shifts.
- Support will be there in Morning, Evening and Night shifts (9 hrs each )on a rotational basis
