Job Designation : Application / Production Support Executives (L1/L2)
Job Description :
- Should be having experience in Oracle -PL/SQL, SQL, UNIX Commands & Shell Scripts.
- Must be with experience in Banking / BFSI domain.
- Experience on banking applications; Flexcube / Finacle / Finnone will be preferred.
- Consulting clients across Functional, Technical areas for Banking Application for production environment support.
- Resolving and guiding the users for application issues in various modules.
- Capturing and analyzing the debug log for system issues.
- Providing the customer data as per request from Business by writing SQL queries.
- To Prepare & execute SQL queries to troubleshoot issues.
- To Deployment of production releases (Patches) on branch production server.
Job Location : Mumbai-Andheri
