Job Description:

• Provide Operational support for the entire IBM I application estate.
• Execute the published overnight batch schedule across multiple applications & environments.
• Monitor and identify issues arising within the IBM I estate and interfacing systems. Escalate and liaise with the other members of the IBM I team to aid in identifying solutions. 
• Manage high level security or user profile role definition and administration.
• Work in a small highly motivated team which manages the Bank's key IBM I applications and platform portfolio across a range of third party partners and service providers. 
• Manage, review and provide feedback on applications service delivery for the IBM iSeries Applications Management Banking Service to ensure they meet service expectations and comply with strategic roadmaps.
