Job Designation : Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager
Job Description :
- To identify, develop and deliver key analytic and reporting projects
- To deliver analytics based consulting to the various lines of businesses and work closely with business leaders, product managers, subject matter experts to design and define performance metrics and goals
- To model complex work requirements using various analytical tools and methods in order to optimize the work flow
- To work with different lines of business to solve problems, measure and track suitable metrics for efficiency and effectiveness.
- MBA/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or any other quantitative discipline from premier institutes
- Strong background of working on analytical tools like SAS, SQL and Excel
- Past experience in web analytics will be a plus
- Excellent working knowledge and understanding of all key aspects of a typical business - product, marketing, operations and finance
- Excellent analytical abilities. Should be data driven and detail oriented
- Should have good communication skills - oral, written and presentation skills
