Job Designation : Client Technical Support Associate

Job Description :

• Troubleshooting of dell laptops.
• Responsible for providing telephone/email/chat and remote diagnostic technical support related to installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage of assigned products
• Diagnosis & resolving of the hardware problems and troubleshooting..
• Verifies warranty entitlement and determines appropriate action.
• Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
• Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation. Provides basic remote deployment, maintenance and consulting services.

Skills :

• Should be open to work in rotational / night shifts in a 24 by 7 environment.
• Should have excellent communication skills in English.

Job Location : Gurgaon, Delhi/NCR, Noida

Salary : As per comapny.

Educational Qualification :

• Minimum Graduates in any stream. (10+2+3)
• Any Undergraduate with at least 9 months/maximum 30 months of international calling experience can apply.
• MCA and M.Tech freshers are not eligible.
• Candidates pursuing education are not eligible.
• B.Tech / B.E / B.Com / B.Sc / B.A / B.Arch / B.B.A / B.Ed / B.Pharma / BCA / BDS / BHM

Experience Required : 9 months - Maximum 30 months experience required (International voice tech/semi-tech support)
