- Sourcing & Recruiting through Social Media Leads, Job Portals, and head hunting.
- Converting passive candidates into active applicants for Convergys jobs.
- Pre-screen the candidates over the phone.
- Schedule interviews and maintain accurate tracking through Applicant Tracking of the progress of each applicant. .
- Interview prospective employees using a profile interviewing process.
- Generate new employee packets to keep up with demand.
