Job Description :


Roles and responsibilities Backend Role :
  • Client Onboarding set-up, documentation & maintenance of proprietary tools and resources including but not limited to client portals and communication tools Placement/Marketing information gathering, i.e. pulling claims reports, reviewing census data, gathering plan documentation;
  • Create/ maintain Dashboard reports for clients and or coordinates with Mumbai team
  • Develop client specific benchmarking reports
  • Review and Analyze Benefit Booklets and Contracts from Carriers
  • Handles billing activities for all policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to local offices and via phone and email in a timely manner
Roles and responsibilities Frontend Role :
  • Provide technical and direct account service assistance to the servicing team
  • Maintain client service standards
  • Develop custom analytical reports
  • Initiate the renewal process for existing accounts
  • Maintain insurance records for accounts including writing account summaries, compiling, calculating and organizing insurance data and correspondence
  • Provide client support to Willis clients
  • Assist with claims loss run analysis and placement of insurance programs
  • Supports management of clients certificates of insurance programs and billing/accounting
  • Resolve customer inquiries and problems pertaining to insurance products and services

Skills :

Must Skills :
  • Graduates/Post Graduates
  • Willing to work night shifts (10:30pm to 7:30am).Home pick up and drops will be provided.
  • Good verbal & written communication
  • Minimum of 1- 3 years experience
Preferred Skills :
  • Basic Insurance knowledge preferred
  • Knowledge of Word & Good Excel Skills required
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks, work within stiff timelines
  • Energetic, enthusiastic individuals with good academic track record
  • Minimum of 1- 3 years experience for non-managerial roles.
  • Meeting /exceeding expectations on performance and behavior.
  • Candidates who are motivated and excited to take on new and challenging roles
  • Experience of delivering training and putting together training materials/SOPs will be very useful.
  • Secondment experience, both long term and short term, will be valuable
  • Any experience with migrations (leadership as well as non-leadership) will also be valuable
  • Last but not least, Associates who are SMEs i.e. handle queries, put together documentation and have the ability to deep dive into the process will play a key role.
Job Location : Mumbai

Night Shifts : 10.30pm to 7.30am

Transport : 10.30pm to 7.30am (home pick up & home drop)
